What we collect

The quote form collects your name, company (optional), email address and message. These are used solely to answer your request.

Our hosting infrastructure keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and troubleshooting.

Why we process it (legal basis)

Form submissions are processed to respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logging relies on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is never sold and never used for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (USA) — transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship. You can request deletion at any time.
